Corporate and workplace support

Workplace support for emotional wellbeing, healthier relationships, and organisational care.

Terapija.care offers tailored workplace support for companies, agencies, small businesses, NGOs, schools, care services, and organisations that wish to invest in the emotional wellbeing and relational health of their workers, including disability aware and neurodiversity affirming support where relevant.

Workplace Therapy Agreements

Organisations may contact Eman to discuss a tailored therapy agreement for workers who would benefit from confidential therapeutic support. Sessions may take place at the clinic, online, or within the workplace when a suitable private and confidential space is available.

This service may support workers experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, grief, burnout, workplace pressure, relationship difficulties, identity related concerns, disability related stress, neurodivergent burnout, or personal challenges that may be affecting their wellbeing and daily functioning.

Each agreement is developed with care around the needs of the organisation while protecting the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of every worker.

On the Floor Relational Coaching

Eman also offers On the Floor Relational Coaching for workers, teams, and leaders who may be experiencing communication difficulties, workplace tension, relationship strain, emotional pressure, conflict, or challenges in daily interaction.

This is a structured support process tailored to the needs of the worker, team, and organisation. Depending on the agreed aims, the process may include workplace observation, relational mapping, reflective conversations, private one to one sessions, and feedback focused on healthier communication and interaction.

The work can also support teams wishing to better understand communication differences, sensory needs, relational pressure points, boundaries, roles, expectations, and ways of creating a more respectful and accessible working environment.

The process is supportive, reflective, and developmental. It remains separate from discipline, performance management, or employee assessment. When general feedback is requested by an organisation, it is limited to agreed themes, recommendations, and organisational learning. Private therapeutic content remains confidential.
